Shipments are sent by FedEx International Priority® (2–3 Business Days) and are also insured.
The shipping rate is based on package weight, size, and destination country. For example, shipping a package to an US country costs $ 20.00 (up to 5 lbs).

We always recommend to exhaust the minimum order amount of $ 30.00, in order to keep shipping fees reasonable.
During the checkout process, you can see all shipping fees and extra costs at the end of the bill before you confirm the order. If you change your mind, you can still cancel your order.
Shipments to non-EU countries are additionally subject to customs duties. Please find out what they are before you order.
We process orders Mondays through Fridays within 24 hours after you place your order. Added to this is the time the parcel service needs to deliver your order, usally 2–3 Business Days to the US. The delivery period can differ greatly depending on what country it is being sent to and always depends on how fast the parcel is released by the local customs. Please remember that we unfortunately have no control over delivery dates.
We always issue an auto-generated confirmation e-mail, confirming that your order went through. If you don’t receive this e-mail, please look in your spam folder. Auto-generated e-mails sometimes end up there.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Please keep the delivery note. Our Terms and Conditions state that, in the case of a supplier error or if defective goods were delivered, we will pay back the costs of the return delivery.

We automatically delete your account if it is left inactive for 18 months
Only LIFAD members can benefit from the LIFAD discount. In order to become a LIFAD member, you must purchase the LIFAD Membership for 25.00 EUR. This is a one year membership and will automatically expire 365 days (one year) from the purchase date. We will inform you ten days before expiration so that you may renew your LIFAD Membership by paying the annual fee.

If you forgot your password, click here: “ Forgot your password?”. Enter your e-mail address and click “Continue.” A new, auto-generated password will then be sent to you.
With this new password, you can log into the RammsteinShop and into LIFAD.
A Gift Card is a prepaid payment card. The Gift Card has a 12-digit code. As soon as you enter the code in the Shopping Cart, the Gift Card balance is applied to your order (excluding shipping costs). The Gift Card automatically expires three years from the last day of the year in which the card was purchased.
How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Like every other product, the Gift Card is ordered online from the RammsteinShop. Shipping and packaging are subject to the same conditions that apply to all other Rammstein products.
How do I use the Gift Card?
After you have selected your Rammstein products in the RammsteinShop, just enter the Gift Card code in the Shopping Cart. The Gift Card balance is then applied to your order. If the total cost of your order is less than the balance on your Gift Card, any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card until it is completely used. Gift cards cannot be applied toward shipping costs. All orders are subject to shipping costs.
Where can I use the Gift Card?
The Gift Card can only be used for online orders on www.RammsteinShop.com. Just enter the Gift Card code in the Shopping Cart and the value of your Gift Card will be applied to the items ordered. The Gift Card can only be redeemed at RammsteinShop.com and not at RammsteinShop.us.
Can anyone use my Gift Card?
Yes. The Gift Card is not personalized. You can use the Gift Card for an order you place or you can give the card to someone else. The RammsteinShop is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or illegible Gift Cards or for the unauthorized use of such a card.
What happens with the remaining balance if I do not use the full value of the Gift Card when placing an order?
The initial amount on each Gift Card is the amount printed on the card, e.g., €150, €100 or €50. The remaining balance stays on your Gift Card and can be used next time you order something. Just enter the card’s code in the Shopping Cart and the remaining balance will be applied to your order. You can do this until the card is used up.
How many Gift Cards can I use per order?
Only one Gift Card code can be entered per order.
What happens when the amount on the Gift Card is used up? Do I throw away the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is not reloadable. Once you have used up the balance on your Gift Card, you can save the card as a keepsake.
Can I return a Gift Card?
No. Prepaid payment cards can only be redeemed for products. Rammstein Gift Cards are therefore excluded from returns or from being cashed in for their cash value.
What happens when I return items that were purchased with a Gift Card?
Refund credits for items purchased with a Gift Card are only issued electronically. The refund is credited back to your Gift Card code. You can use the refunded amount next time you order something. Just enter the Gift Card code in the Shopping Cart.
I lost my Gift Card or it was stolen, but I know the card number. Can my card be blocked or replaced?
If you lose your Gift Card, please inform the RammsteinShop immediately, indicating the Gift Card Code or the Card Number (top left on the Gift Card) and your card will be blocked. Please make sure that no one has unauthorized access to your Gift Card because the RammsteinShop is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or illegible Gift Cards or for the unauthorized use of such a card.
